High-temperature pressure sintering furnace (Sinter-HIP) with integrated hot pressing function
Type FP H – resistance heated

Description
In addition to conventional gas pressure sintering, also known as Sinter-HIP, this furnace type is particularly characterized by its high flexibility and the ability to combine it with other sintering methods.
Sintering under vacuum and partial pressure, as well as gas pressure sintering up to 100 bar, can be implemented—along with combinations of all these atmospheres with uniaxial hot pressing.

Functions
- sintering in vacuum, relative pressure, overpressure up to 10 MPa
- Hot pressing up to 125 kN
- Combined process of all sintering atmospheres with uniaxial presses
- Debinding and/or dewaxing as a combined process
- High flexibility in process optimization and design
- Extensive data evaluation
- Product development, prototype production
- Design: bottom loading (vertical design)
- Temperature measurement using pyrometer
